Creative Therapy
My approach also provides a rich and meaningful way for individuals of all ages to explore their emotions.
I often use symbolic tools to help clients access deeper layers of self-awareness. Picture and word cards, for instance, can help uncover hidden stories and emotional patterns—supporting adults in reflection, children in expressing difficult feelings, and teens in exploring their identity. Matryoshka dolls offer a visual metaphor for the layers of self, aiding clients of all ages in examining different parts of their personality and experiences.
Sandtray therapy offers a hands-on, symbolic method for externalising emotions—helping children who struggle with words, teens facing relational challenges, and adults working through trauma.
This work isn’t about artistic talent—it’s about safely accessing internal experiences, building emotional understanding, and encouraging personal growth.
