How Counselling can help children and young people

Counselling provides an opportunity for children and young adults to explore their thoughts, feeling and behaviors that may be getting in the way of them enjoying their lives and preventing them from doing all the things they want to do.

It provides an empathic, real and non-judgmental approach from an adult who is trained to support them as they explore and learn about themselves and follow a path towards a better life.
